Who we are
We're a locally-owned restoration company serving Bellevue, WA and the surrounding Eastside. Every technician on a job site is licensed or IICRC-certified with a minimum of 5 years of field experience — no first-week rookies running a de-hu and hoping for the best.
Our dispatcher answers the phone live, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No robo-attendant, no "we'll have someone call you back." When water is spreading through drywall, the minutes matter.
What we do
We handle the full restoration scope — emergency mitigation (water extraction, drying, board-up), remediation (mold, sewage, smoke), and reconstruction (drywall, paint, flooring, trim). One crew, one scope, one invoice to your insurance. Our clients don't get bounced between a dry-out company, a mold outfit, and a GC.
How we work with insurance
We bill your carrier directly. We document every step in the format adjusters expect — Xactimate line items, moisture logs, before/after photos, thermal imaging when it matters. You pay your deductible; we invoice the carrier for the rest.
You have the right to choose your own restoration company in Washington. The "preferred vendor" list your adjuster mentions is a convenience, not a requirement. Our obligation is to you.

Do you work with insurance?
Yes — we bill your insurance directly. We handle the photo documentation, moisture readings, scope sheets, and Xactimate line items that adjusters need. You pay your deductible; we invoice your carrier for the rest. If an adjuster pushes back on a line item we know is covered, we stay on the file until it's resolved.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
